Love it, but handle snapped off three times!
I bought this and LOVED it. I used it every day for quick easy clean up. However, every 6 months, the handle connection completely snapped off the base, making the unit unusable. They replace it once no problem. Second time, they said don’t ask again, but still sent one after I went to the supervisor. This time, I didn’t even bother calling. Just threw it right in the garbage.
Great, cute, effective little vacuum cleaner!
This vacuum cleaner is GREAT! It’s lightweight, happy, and cute! Very effective at picking up small spills and light dirt, it iscounterintuively cordless and runs on batteries. therefore, the vac only has a limited run life, about 10 minutes. although this is what causes it to lose one star, this is often more than enough for those small spills. the metal handle comes off, so it’s small and compact for storage, but more imptly you can use it as a hand vac. the vacuum is small enough so that you can do this w/o your wrist tiring. Easy to clean — it’s bagless! It’s also small – so you can only suck up so much dirt before having to empty it — but it’s a small vacuum and you probably will have a hard time filling it up during the 10 min battery life.
