Excellent for hardwood floors and small area rug
I am happy with the ease of use, power, and portability of this vacuum cleaner. We had a canister before that needed so much storage space and parts to be put together before we can use it. Now, the upright is just there and ready to go. It cleans our hardwood floors, tile bathroom, kitchen linoleum, and office rug area very efficiently. I noticed that the dust doesn’t blow around or settle on the floor but is actually sucked into the bag! The HEPA filter addition is a plus with 2 cats! I highly recommend it. It is a bit on a “heavy side” (about 10lbs.), so that’s a consideration. But for me, it’s a good way to workout my arms.
great for hardwood floors
We live in a large condominium with all hardwood floors. The Miele S163 works great for a place like ours…it sucks up all the junk messing up our floors… crumbs and dust are completely gone with a quick swipe–it’s really light and has a long cord –and has a lot of power. We have a few area rugs and it cleans them really well. We recommend this vacuum -
